අපේ පළවෙනි කාටූන් එක චුට්ටන් බට්ටිච්චා. හිරුයි, තරු අක්කයි, බට්ටිච්චා පැටියා චුට්ටනුයි ගැන කතා. මේ හැමදේම වෙන්නේ නුවර කඳුකරේ වවුල්දෙණිය ගමේ, අත්තම්මගෙ ගෙදර.Our first series is Chuttan Battichcha. It is set at the maha gedara, the grandparents' family home in Wawuldeniya, a village in the Kandy hills. Hiru, his cousin Tharu and Chuttan, a baby tailorbird, learn one small lesson in every episode.

He writes, designs and directs Chuttan Battichcha. Wawuldeniya is drawn from his own childhood at his grandparents' home in the Kandy hills.
